Get Pre-licensing Study Materials
Step 1: Access the Website
Visit Xcelsolutions.com using your web browser.
Step 2: Enter Partner Code or Select ‘Get License’
You can either:
Enter the partner code: wfgaliu (or your specific code),
Or click on “Get License”.
Step 3: Select Your State
Scroll through the list or select from dropdown.
Choose your state (all 50 states are available).
Example: Select Texas.
Step 4: Choose the Education Option
Click “Get License”.
Under Line of Authority, select “Life” (or Life and Health if applicable).
Click “Find Courses”.
Step 5: Purchase Study Materials
You will see Texas Life Pre-Licensing course.
Go to “Carts”.
Click “Check Out”.
Step 6: Create an Account to Access Study Materials
You will be prompted: “Do you have an Excel account?”
Select “No” (if you’re a new user).
Fill in the sign-up form:
First Name (e.g., Solomon)
Last Name
Email Address
Create a secure password meeting criteria:
Uppercase letter
Lowercase letter
Number (0-9)
Special character (e.g., $)
Complete registration by clicking “Sign Up”.
Step 7: Enter Your Personal Details
After signing up, input your:
Address
Email
Other basic information
Step 8: Purchase or Access Study Materials
Proceed to pay and access your study materials.
